She patiently answered all my questions, and her attentiveness made the decision to purchase much easier for me. I actually arrived for my appointment one hour earlier than I should have, and to accomodate me, she came racing in from home so that I wouldn't have to wait. She stayed with me til the entire process was completed and she graciously offered to have me call her at any time in the future if I had any questions or problems. It is rare in this world today to find salespeople who are genuinely there to help you...Jacqueline is one of them!! Arthur Reilly made the purchase of the car possible for me.
