We had an appointment time that Bob honored yet the "upstairs" people did not. As part owner of my company, we have a fleet of over 13 cars with Sayville Ford. I expect better or my business will be going to another dealership. Bob has always been very helpful to our employees and courteous of them and our time constraints.
