Great customer service from Marianna! Marianna was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would buy another car from her again or recommend her to anyone in the market for a new Ford. Sh Marianna was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would buy another car from her again or recommend her to anyone in the market for a new Ford. She took over the sale from another salesperson who wound up leaving Sayville Ford. Before Marianna took over, communication was rocky and I felt very much in the dark about the process. The previous salesperson was trying to locate the vehicle I wanted and it took over 2 weeks and countless calls to the dealership (only to get his voicemail every time) to try to get a status update. He never really seemed to know what was going on, and never once reached out to me proactively after he took my $1,000 deposit. He also did not return voicemails after several days of waiting - I had to call reception to ask them to get him on the phone. Reception was always courteous and helpful. After a few weeks of trying to locate what I wanted, we decided to do a factory order. Marianna took over shortly after we placed the order - she followed up promptly and kept me in the loop via email and phone. She came in on her only day off to deliver my new vehicle to me, and took her time going through every feature in the car and answer any questions I had. Finance was running behind but she stayed to make sure I pulled off the lot happy that night! The manager, Al, followed up before we left to thank us for choosing Sayville Ford, and ask about our experience. Although things started off a bit rough, we ended on a high note! More

Excellent Customer Service from Dimitri K I had an issue with my vehicle breaking down on me with only 10,000 miles which I came to find out was the throttle body. The reps at Ford would not g I had an issue with my vehicle breaking down on me with only 10,000 miles which I came to find out was the throttle body. The reps at Ford would not get me a rental reimbursement so the rep Dimitri at Ford got my car in immediately and had it back to me by 10 Am so that I would not have to worry about being without a car and needing a rental. I will only go back to Sayville Ford from this point on and will recommend them to anyone needing service on a Ford vehicle to go there and see Dimitri. I was very impressed and very grateful with the level of service. More
