Not your typical dealership When I decided purchase a new car, I dreaded the thought of the old "dealing with the car salesperson" experience. So I prepared myself mentally and e When I decided purchase a new car, I dreaded the thought of the old "dealing with the car salesperson" experience. So I prepared myself mentally and embarked on the journey of shopping around at every Ford dealership I could find in a 60 mile radius. Needless to say, I encountered a lot of characters. Most of them were either shady, overly aggressive, indifferent, rude, or a special mix of all those qualities. Sayville Ford was the last dealership I visited - because it was the farthest (53 miles from my house). I put on my "mental armor" as I was pulling into the parking lot, remembering all the horrible experiences I've been having so far, and saying to myself "Ok. This is the last one on the list. Lets just get this over with." As I entered the impressive showroom, I was immediately disarmed by the warm smile and friendly handshake accompanied greeting from Marianna Lomuto. Immediately I could sense she was not like the others. As we conversed there were no high pressure sales tactics, no awkward moments, and no points in time where I felt like "I gotta get out of here." She made me feel like I was just talking to a helpful family member who genuinely cared about me and my satisfaction. She patiently took her time to answer any questions I might have and she also worked with me to get me the best price out of all the dealerships I visited. The whole time I was kicking my self thinking, "I should have just came here first. I would have saved all that time and stress." I factory ordered the car and it was delivered to me ridiculously quick - less than 1 month. Marianna stayed in contact with me the whole time by email, keeping me posted on the progress every week. When it came time to pick up the car, she made the whole process of trading in my old car for the new one quick and painless. She also gave me the best price for the trade-in out of all the others. The time came to sign the final paperwork and she introduced me to Tom. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He had me cracking up the whole time. Tom is the kind of guy you would love to have a drink with at the bar on a Friday night. He was great. After we took care of the paperwork, Marianna took me out to my beautiful new car and took the time to patiently explain how all the functions inside worked. She even helped me connect my phone to the radio - something which, being not so tech savvy, I was having problems with. After she made sure I was comfortable and knew how everything worked, she congratulated me, told me to enjoy my new car, and said I should come back and visit some time. She also reminded me that the first oil change is free and said to make sure I say hi when I come around for it. If I could give this dealership and especially Marianna 10 stars I would. They are definitely the diamond in the rough. If you're going anywhere else you are definitely missing out. But if you're smart enough to go to Sayville Ford, make sure you deal with Marianna - you won't regret it. When you do, tell her Reuven says hi. More
Greatest experience of my life. In August 2016 I have leased a truck (Ford F-150) and lets say I got hurt with it money wise. So I went to cliff and asked him is there anything I can do unfortunately he said no. On November 25th I was making a left after stoping at a stop sign and when I was facing my front end another driver was flying couldn't do anything she hit me head on and totaled my truck tore the front end off, broke the front frame, shattered all glass and all airbags deployed thankfully no one was hurt. So I went to cliff again and he showed me in the right direction for another car he wasn't out for him self he showed that he cared and i felt comfortable he was great I don't know what I would do if I have never met cliff he is one of those guys you are never going to forget in your life. Tom helped me also and let me say 2 words about him outstanding guy. He was professional but at the same time relaxed not rushing to finish all the paperwork, talking to you like you meant something other then a customer absolutely hands down another great guy. Rob has also helped me he showed me how to use the car and this guy was hands down the most informational dealer their was. He was patient on showing everything. Another great guy. Also Marianna helped me with the insurance process I just want to say her personality makes the sun shine brighter every day. She was also great So as you see these 4 people who helped me just hasn't just changed my dealership permanently to sayville ford because you are the greatest but they helped me where it felt like they all genuinely cared about the customer and that is hard to find now a days. On this end note I just want to say how blessed I am to have met these 4 great employees if I had the power to give them all raises because I would give them a paid week off and a good raise.
