my new used explorer I recently purchased a 2014 Explorer from a family member and noticed during a oil change that my transfer case was leaking . I took it to Sayville Fo I recently purchased a 2014 Explorer from a family member and noticed during a oil change that my transfer case was leaking . I took it to Sayville Ford who I used in the past for my 1999 Expedition years ago and treated me fair. When I showed up at the dealer I did not have a appointment but I was greeted by Dimitri. Dimitri took me in and checked out my vehicle and informed me that it was a covered part under the warranty. He had my vehicle repaired that day which I was surprised. I thought I would be waiting a couple of days for this repair. During the whole process Dimitri kept me informed with the progress of my repair He also offered to have me taken home if I didn't want to wait. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with him not once did he try to sell me anything while I waited for my repair. Because the way I was treated I will always use this dealer for my service. More

A friend of mine and myself both purchased vehicles the same day and picked them up the same night and even the orientation was not rushed. Tom in finance took away any nervousness by being jovial and seems to have a naturally calming way about him. Overall an excellent experience they took away all the the anxiety of car buying.
