Oil change visit Dimitri is awesome, very informative. Was a quick visit for the oil change. I will say I was misled when I purchased the maintenance plan. My salesperson Robert Tarnowsky was very pleasant providing me reminders that my l I had leased with Sayville Ford for my last vehicle, a Ford Focus. My salesperson Robert Tarnowsky was very pleasant providing me reminders that my lease was coming due. He did not pressure me to come in and met with me at my convenience when I was ready. He found the vehicle and price best suited for my needs. Along with Finance specialist JP Singh, they both quickly got me out of my old lease and into the new Ford Fusion SE. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and having had such a great buying experience with Robert and JP. Best Service ar a Dealership I went into Sayville Ford and got set up with Dimitri Kreatsoulas, I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be written up and for them to take my car. I d I went into Sayville Ford and got set up with Dimitri Kreatsoulas, I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be written up and for them to take my car. What could have been stressful, wasn't I had to turn in my husband's car because the lease was up and he had passed away. From the moment I sat down with Bob Pollizatto...he said don't worr I had to turn in my husband's car because the lease was up and he had passed away.
