Best "shopping" trip ever! So the hubby knew it was about time I turned in my old Explorer, had her for 10 wonderful years. We decided to start "shopping" to see what the newer So the hubby knew it was about time I turned in my old Explorer, had her for 10 wonderful years. We decided to start "shopping" to see what the newer models had to offer. We headed to Sayville Ford to take a peek and met Marianna. She spent a lot of time just listening to my needs. I wasn't 100% set on what I really wanted, including paint color & the bells and whistles. Marianna was so patient and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything right then and there. After collecting all the "must haves/have-nots" and listening to me fine tune the details... boom, she had a match! Again, no pressure to hurry up and grab it or anything like that. Everything just seemed to fall into place after that. The rest of the staff were just as nice and pleasant to work with. I hope to visit again in 10 years, when I'm ready to trade in my 2016 Explorer AND work with Marianna again! More

He came in, on his day off, and showed me the vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me out. He was very knowledge of the product and I never felt pressured about anything. JP was also very great to work with. He was able to help me out with the loan and provided lots of good tips for me. Overall my experience was great, and it has even convinced a family member to join the Ford family very shortly. More
