Great Customer Service Long story short there had been an issue with my insurance company's computer system and then the dealerships computer system. So what should have been an easy in and out even that should have taken about an hour turned into a 5 hour event. Now I know that might sound like a bad experience but the salesman and finance department had said if I needed to do any errands they'd be able to call me as soon as they systems came back online. So I'd gone out to get breakfast and go do some shopping with a friend and went back when they called. They salesman handled everything and kept apologizing, he felt bad because I'd just come of for working an overnight shift and I just wanted to go home and sleep. More
