When I was ready to buy a new Fusion, I chose to go back to Sayville Ford and was pleased that Bob was still there. During that time period, the dealership has become much more client-centered - no pressure, which makes the whole process less stressful. When I picked up the car, Bob spent almost an hour and a half going over all the features of the car, especially the radio, the headlights and the windshield wipers. In seven and a half years when it's time for a new car, Bob and Sayville Ford are my first go-to. My old car was always serviced at this dealership. The mechanics are professionals. More
