Changed how I felt about dealerships Like many consumers I had experienced many a negative dealership experience in my past, so when it came to leasing a new vehicle after owning my Nissa Like many consumers I had experienced many a negative dealership experience in my past, so when it came to leasing a new vehicle after owning my Nissan Altima for 7 years- I was anticipating the usual dealership hassle, and what I got at Sayville Ford was the opposite. Joe Carter approached me and my husband and right away was very disarming and non aggressive, I never felt a "push" from him or like he was trying to sell me and get me out the door. He listened to what I was looking for and worked hard to get me a deal that was affordable while getting me into an Explorer that I loved and met nearly every wish list item I had. Joe was honest and straight up the entire time and very patient with all of my questions, and the show room as a whole was a very relaxed environment that felt far from the typical dealership shark tank that so many of us are familiar with. I am so happy with my experience and absolutely in LOVE with my brand spanking new 2017 Explorer XLT, I would recommend Sayville Ford & Joe Carter 10 times over and will without a doubt be doing business with them again once my lease is up! More

Service issues I have purchased 3 cars from Sayville Ford, and will never again buy another. My recent experiences with service there have been terrible. Just yest I have purchased 3 cars from Sayville Ford, and will never again buy another. My recent experiences with service there have been terrible. Just yesterday my 2014 Fusion was dropped off for a recall, air-bag light and the free 1 year service. Today, more than 30 hours later NOTHING has been done. Now I have to go pick up the car and do this AGAIN. Sayville Ford has inconvenienced me twice and forced me to have to deal with this lousy service again. Had someone told me, when I called, that it was busy I would have made arrangements at another time. Continuing to provide such bad service will drive business away. They have lost at least one customer as a result of this, undoubtedly more that I don't know about. Update: I was contacted by SF and they picked up my car and did the service. Thanks for that. I'm hoping that they just had a bad day. More
Horrible decitiful dealership I am so very unhappy with Sayville ford . I was contacted by a toni Ann about a new car . I discussed what I wanted and also let her know I had a 2016 I am so very unhappy with Sayville ford . I was contacted by a toni Ann about a new car . I discussed what I wanted and also let her know I had a 2016 lease for an explorer that ended 12/18 she said their is residual value and I could transfer out of lease. what a crock of crap. First Toni Ann barraged me with 3 phone calls to make sure I was coming and then sent me 3 email messages and 2 text messages . well I showed up on time and guess what she was not there... totally unacceptable to be bothered to keep an appointment and when I did as agreed she was not there and did not have the professionalism to let me know. That is BS... then a salesman sits with me and tells me I owe $10000 more on lease and there is nothing he can do what a waste of my time which I did not appreciate. Just the typical bait and switch and unprofessional behavior of a disreputable dealer. I will never by a ford again or deal with Sayville FORD.... such an unprofessional and deceitful company DO NOT Believe a word they say Levittown Ford is much better. More
Bait and switch We were shopping different cars so we stopped in sayville ford and took some time for a sales person to help up the ladie at the desk told. Us They were very busy and asked us if we would like to make an appointment to. Come back we said sure but as we were getting ready to leave a sales person came up to us. So we look at a couple at trucks and after driving the truck we decided we like ford much better and Dodge. So we went over number and the sales person gave us a monthly payment and what our interest rate would be. We have A deposit and was coming back to get the truck When we came back that's when it all changed!!! The payment went up $65 and we now were told we didn't qualify for the interest-rate we were promised. My credit. Is fine I have bought cars in the last and never have I been though what I been though here. We decide to cancel the truck and the General manager came in. Very firm and I feel insulting tool my brother and cousin are credit doesn't deem the rate we were promised and he had the banker show him the new interest rate Which he turned to us and said this is the rate we could take it or leave it! If we didn't need the truck we would have walked and I regret we didn't We went to a ford dealer up the road and they showed us the games sayville ford played with us. For a General manager to talk to us like we weee doing him a favor is preposterous! He said over 30 years he has been doing his job. that does not give anybody the rite to talk down to a person. My family loves our new ford but hated where we bought it. More

Another experience with Sayville Ford On Fri. July 7 I picked up my 2017 Ford Escape and I love it. It may be a truck but it is luxury car comfortable. I traded in an SUV that drove like On Fri. This is the second 2017 car in a month that we purchased thru Joe and he did it again, we got the perfect car, a great deal on our trade-in and his customer service is the best.
