Great buying experience! Bob was very honest and professional. He took the time to make sure that I got all the rebates for which I was entitled. He was very upfront about the pricing and was able to set the price without leaving to speak with a manager and did not play any games. I have a rule of thumb about buying a car and it is whether or not a salesman shows me his computer screen and the pricing. Bob gave me a price of "x" amount over invoice and showed me the numbers to verify it. It was a smooth buying experience and I would reccommend that anyone considering a Ford should stop by Sayville Ford before buying elsewhere. When I went in looking to lease, I knew exactly what I wanted and he listened to every detail, making sure he found the perfect car that fit all my needs and wants. I really appreciated his patience with all my questions and his attention to detail, as he made sure to show me a few different versions of the model I wanted (different years and equipment packages) to ensure I could get a car I really loved at a price I could afford. I love that he sat with me in my new car and showed me how to use all the features, really wanting to make sure I left a more knowledgeable Ford driver. When it came time to go over finances, I also really appreciated how clear and helpful Rich was, again trying to ensure I made the best decisions for my personal financial situation and the future. It couldn't have been any easier! My wife and I along with a friend stopped in to look at a few used trucks that I saw online and wanted to get a better look at. We were there for a wh My wife and I along with a friend stopped in to look at a few used trucks that I saw online and wanted to get a better look at. We were there for a while and no one pressured us, no one came running when they saw we were looking, and in fact waited until I walked inside to check on the price of a truck I might be interested in to even approach me. That's when we met Rose and she sat down with us and we went over a few different vehicles. It seemed that there was nothing there for us that day as were looking at the computer of the vehicles in stock when she said " I think this one just came in because there is no picture for it so let me see what's going on with it". Rose got up and left and a few minutes later walked back in and said "It's outside, I just brought it up from the back, we just took it in and it's not in the system yet". We immediately were interested. We test drove it and we were sold. She walked us through the process like were old friends. Rose has that ability to make you feel at ease without even trying. She spent the time with us to show us how everything worked without any pressure. I can't remember a time when I had a similar experience with a salesperson. She is the one I'll be looking for the next time I'm ready to buy. I can't say enough about her. Simply the best!! Thanks again Rose!! More
