My salesman, John Malinowski, was wonderful! I told him what I was looking for and he understood immediately, brought me to a vehicle in the lot and it was exactly what I wanted! He introduced me to Steve Massaro in finance who was just as wonderful. Two days later I drove my new Explorer home. It was that simple!
