New Car Purchase Made Easy Just got the feeling it was meant to be! Looking for an SUV to tow behind our RV that could also tow our speeder on a trailer. Looked up what was available that met that criteria and narrowed it down to 5 SUVs. Walked into Sayville Ford as according to my research they had one of the five on premises. We never even went to look at the other 3. Had looked at 1/5 earlier (a Lincoln) but didn’t like it - too.boxy and service not great.) Like I said it was meant to be. I can’t keep the smile off my face! Thanks Marianna for making a car purchase turn into such a pleasant experience! More

Service Dept I took my 2016 Ford F-150 for a oil leak and factory recall issues to be taken care if and they had my truck for 4 days and they damaged my tow hitch I took my 2016 Ford F-150 for a oil leak and factory recall issues to be taken care if and they had my truck for 4 days and they damaged my tow hitch and Service director Chris Ambrico refuse to investigate it and and completely denied responsibility for it and he told me leave. He was very rude to me and he called the police on me to leave, when the police came they saw the damage that was done and they even said we had received several complaints like this from Ford Customers being mistreated and refused to accept responsibilities for the damage done to their vehicle. Very poor customer service and I was totally disappointed. This is my experience with this Sayville Ford dealership. More

The typical hassel filled nonsense people expect during a vehicle purchase is nonexistent at Sayville Ford. For me that was because I had the pleasure of leasing my vehicle from Marianna Lomuto. She was an absolute pleasure to do business with, and met every question or concern I had with a smile and a respectful, knowledgeable, honest answer. She made the process actually enjoyable, and took no time at all to solidify a deal on my vehicle that made it very easy for me to put pen to paper. She is an asset to Sayville Ford, and I hope there is a free seat at her desk when I make my third visit to Sayville Ford next time!!! Thank you Marianna!!! More
