I happened to look around while waiting and Chris Faraj approached and asked if I had questions. He was very helpful and answered everything. He Knew that money wasn’t great and he tried to give me a bang for my buck. I ended up asking my wife if she wanted a car. We approached him with the idea of buying two cars and if he could give us a good price. He was extremely helpful and laid out the financial game plan and asked if we were interested. The deal was amazing and he was with us every step of the way. More

Poor customer service Made appointment about a week and a half ahead of time. Spoke to Stan a few times about a trailer brake controller. Confirmed appointment. Received call to confirm two days before from Frank. Brought truck in to Dan the night before. Received call day of service from Dan telling me my truck isn't equipped for a trailer brake controller which he told me he knew this because of the VIN. Then tells me I don't know why other people didn't check VIN in first place. Dan tells me to go rent a truck instead, in which he knows a rental company to set me up with so I can tow with brake control. Terrible waste of time and disrespect of my time and money. "If you rent a truck it'll probably cost the same as this would have" unbelievable and I will not be returning for any type of service More
Feels like Family we worked with 2 of the salesmen cliff korade and tony Aiello .usually it would be one salesperson. so to see that they both worked extremely well tog we worked with 2 of the salesmen cliff korade and tony Aiello .usually it would be one salesperson. so to see that they both worked extremely well together to help us purchase 2018 escape made a huge impression on my husband and me. we would highly recommend going to Sayville ford. we visited other dealerships and they where pushy and pressuring us to purchase a vehicle as soon as we walked in the door. even after we explained we were just looking. with cliff at first he asked what was important to us as a vehicle and where would we like to see the payments at. he was able to get us a car even below the payment we stated we would feel comfortable with. the day we came is the day tony stepped in to complete the purchase and was extremely helpful in explaining the car and he had our paperwork already for us. we were not there for hours which if you have ever purchased a car before it can turn into a nightmare. also the service manager Christopher ambrico made us feel comfortable in knowing that our future service calls will be taken care of with ease. so overall review is a DEFINITE 5 STAR. With the balance of the "new Car" warranty and the extended warranty Tom explained to us-made us feel like we got the best of warranties. More
