Having good experiences with Sayville Ford and Smithtown Ford, we stopped into Sayville on Friday afternoon, Nov 2nd. The experience was outstanding, from being greeted by the receptionist, who brought over the Sales Manager, Nick, who introduced us to Marianna, our Sales Person. Marianna was a pleasure to deal with. Not pushing or rushing. She listened to our need, what we were looking for and what we wanted to accomplish. With that, she/we explored the inventory. She found a beautiful, clean car, just what we were looking for. We checked it out, took it for a ride, asked a few questions and focused on the number. They moved a bit and we agreed. We closed the sale and drove the car home later that evening! Tom in Finance was wonderful as well. I have no reservations about recommending this dealership, Marianna, Nick and Tom! More

My salesman Tony Aiello was so friendly, honest and helpful it was a breath of fresh air. When I picked up vehicle it was time to sign paperwork and finalize everything with finance manager. My car payments were actually less than I was quoted because they got me a better interest rate. Having bought many cars and trucks in my life for me and my business I was ready for the usual hard sell on extras, extended warranty, undercoating, etc. However, there was none of that. I was in and out of the finance office with all paperwork signed and with keys in my hand in under five mins. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. It was really the best car buying experience of my life. More

The general manager Charlie and the finance person Tom were also courteous and devoid of high pressure tactics. Finally the delivery person Chris was knowledgeable and took the time to show me every detail of the technology in the vehicle. Overall my experience was great! More

Upon delivery he took the time to go over every feature and accessory with my wife and myself so we understood how everything works. Luis also connected both of our phones with the cars sync 3 system. Even though we didn’t finance the car ,Tom ,in finance was was instrumental in getting us some things that didn’t come with the car. Tom was also extremely professional and pleasant to work with.
