Terrible Service Horrible Service! I should have read through the reviews before taking my car there. I had an appointment at 9:00 AM and was told it would take 2-4 ho Horrible Service! I should have read through the reviews before taking my car there. I had an appointment at 9:00 AM and was told it would take 2-4 hours. I showed up at 4:30 because they never called and the guy in the service center told my husband it was in their shop being worked on. It was actually parked outside. I will never use the service center again. Long story short they ruined my battery and told me that it wasn't their fault because it must have been low when I took it in. I had no problems with my battery and it started great every time I started it. I took it into them for a simple recall and couldn't even leave the service center without them having to jump my car. A new battery and $165 later all because I needed a recall done on it. 1 star is being very generous!! More

B S up sale They got me to come in for what they side was an easy diagnosis 85$ to see what's going on with my tranny. 3 hours after I dropped it off I got a call They got me to come in for what they side was an easy diagnosis 85$ to see what's going on with my tranny. 3 hours after I dropped it off I got a call saying that I was they didn't figure it out and they were going to need another 3 hours to find our what was going on. With an additional 270$ just to figure out what is going on and then what ever it is to fix it. Went to Blackfoot and they took care of it same day and didn't even charge me for diagnosis. Go to Blackfoot!!! More

I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I had an appt for a certain repair, yet I had to remind them what I was here for? No apologies for the wait, no smiles, no sincerity. When you go to the service department just remember helping you is not their priority, you are an inconvenience! I spoke with the service manager and got no where fast. If you're in the mood to be treated like a faceless number this is the place for you! I will never return for service or anything else for that matter. More
