The worse car buying experience. Horrible customer service. Not yo mention my brand new Jeep has been in the shop no less then 4 times in the past year without resolution to the prob Horrible customer service. My truck was left with the service department for repairs. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle I was informed they had taken the truck on a "100 mile test drive" and i could rest assured that everyt repairs. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle I was informed they had taken the truck on a "100 mile test drive" and i could rest assured that everything was in working order. 100 miles sounded excessive, but what do I know. I paid for the repairs then went outside to get my vehicle. When I opened the door I instantly knew something was wrong. The center console tray was removed and dumped out. I took a quick inventory and realized multiple items were missing from my truck. I informed the service advisor of my concern and he told me no managers were present (it was saturday) and someone would call me on Monday. I then walked across the street to the sales side and spoke with who the dealership website lists as the "general manager". He then instructed the service advisor to refund my charge for repairs, and again told me someone would call me on Monday. The general manager informed me at this time that no security cameras were working at the dealership. I then called the police dispatch and filed a police report. The truck was not broken into (no windows broken or exterior damage) I know this because the two sets of golf clubs sitting in the back seat were untouched. Someone was able to rummage through the console and take what they wanted. The service repair refund does not come close to the value of things stolen from my vehicle. I was very surprised by the lack of concern expressed by the dealership. I explained that I did not live in town and therefore wanted to figure the issue out while I was there, but the impression I left with was "out of sight, out of mind". As of writing this, I have yet to receive a call from the dealership to solve the matter. More
Very disappointed in the service center. I bought a 2018 Jeep Summit in March. Last week, Monday, my check engine light came on, I called right away and was told there were no loaner cars available and tha Jeep Summit in March. Last week, Monday, my check engine light came on, I called right away and was told there were no loaner cars available and that there was nothing they could do about that. I am now on a waiting list. There are multiple codes that are coming up that need to be fixed. My car is my investment, a big investment and I cannot seem to get it fixed. Whether it's an emergency or not it needs to get fixed, not my fault as the customer that there are no loaner cars. My job IS DRIVING and I don't have a back up car. You're good to buy from here if you have back options if your car needs serviced, otherwise save yourself the hassle and inconvenience. More
I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the service department. I took my 2020 Jeep in to be checked out (still under manufacturer warranty) I was hoping to be a regular custo received from the service department. The first Person I dealt with, Stephen was wonderful. He was very helpful and told me straight away what was wrong with my car and that I would need significant work, and that they would help arrange a courtesy vehicle for me. And then sent me over to the service manager Jeremy. The service manager told me to wait in the seating area while diagnostics were done and arrangements made. I waited for 1.5 hours, while multiple other’s came, had their service completed and left. I checked with Jeremy who was very busy and he did not seem to remember what was going on with my vehicle and then said that I still needed to wait. I Waited another hour and still nothing. I asked for a shuttle to my house. He said that I should be getting a call in 1-2 hrs . I received no call. So I called them... he said it was going to be another 2 hrs. When I finally went back to pick up the courtesy vehicle my husband and Jeremy had a conversation about the lack of communication and customer service. We ended up taking my vehicle home to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. I will NOT me back. After reading other customer reviews , I see that there is clearly a pattern of poor communication with female customers. Consumer beware!! More
Honest Efficient people work here. I was passing through Idaho Falls and decided it was time to get my jeep looked at before I got stuck in a desperate situation. The noise has been reported on the Internet as from a motor mount problem. The mechanic determined I had damaged my exhaust system. After I approved the repair I mentioned the motor mounts. Reply: those are fine. So they checked everything likely to be a problem and correctly identified what was wrong. No new parts needed. Did not artificially raise the price on this out-of-towner. Honest. More
They were efficient but after working on our car, they did not reset a particular button I didnt know anything about. My husband is an ASC master tech, & fortunately he knew how to reset it. Also, I was told there was a new guy working and after changing the oil, he failed to pay attention to the air suspension. So, we had to make another trip back to have it completed. More
Told me that I had to replace 4 cylinders for $3800 when it was a pressure switch. $247 to replace elsewhere. They think that since they are a dealership that no one will question the repair. The service department was wonderful! Our 2015 has the check engine light come on on during the first leg of of a 3,500 mike road trip. They took us in without an appointment and ran determined it was a r check engine light come on on during the first leg of of a 3,500 mike road trip. They took us in without an appointment and ran determined it was a required software update. They took care of it and had us back on the road in a hour. No charge and no problems for the rest of the trip. Thank you! More
