Great doing business with the company As my first time buying a car by myself, I had a great experience with Sawyer's. My salesman, Jacob Haner, made sure I was satisfied with my new (use As my first time buying a car by myself, I had a great experience with Sawyer's. My salesman, Jacob Haner, made sure I was satisfied with my new (used) vehicle. Before the final sale, we negotiated about price, tested out a few other cars, and just as I thought I wasn't going to be able to find what I was looking for at Sawyer's, Jacob pulled up two more cars and I test drove both of them with my mom. My mom and I noticed a few minor scratches on a vehicle I was interested in and he made sure those would be taken care of soon. We actually set up a time to have it fixed just a couple days after the purchase. I also noticed a bit of dirt on the ceiling and seat and Jacob made sure that was also taken care of before the car was given to me that day. Jacob Haner was great in negotiating with price and gave me a good and reasonable deal. I am very pleased with my 2014 Chevy Cruze and recommend Jacob Haner as a sales consultant for anyone who's looking for a great vehicle at Sawyer's Chevrolet in DeWitt, MI and don't forget to mention my name!
