Respectful staff, APR for financing from the dealership was to high compared to what I could get from my bank. Honestly thrown off when loan officer tells me he's having me sign a secondary contract??? E was to high compared to what I could get from my bank. No. Even if this is standard protocol or not it doesn't sit well with the customer. It honestly stressed me out after I left the dealership. He also says it's just in case your loan doesn't go through. Why wouldn't ot goes through my bank has approved my loan??? The car I got is wonderful yet that's a crazy way to do business. More

I paid $1,828 for my transmission to be fixed. A few months later I was told I needed a new one at the price of $4,193. I have been unemployed for 6 months and was not able to pay for that nor wa A few months later I was told I needed a new one at the price of $4,193. I have been unemployed for 6 months and was not able to pay for that nor was the car acting up after I left there. I drove the car for another month or so before the trans went. When I brought it back, they tried to tell me they were giving me a $3k break by offering me a new transmission at $10,500!!!! Customer service was the ultimate waste of time and the price went up every time I spoke with them. I am beyond disappointed with GMC, the lack of communication and the way I have been treated and ripped off. I will never by GMC again nor will I go to any of the dealerships. The other one in this area isn't any better! More

I went over the mileage allowance in the lease, and was considering buying the Jeep out. I called the bank and asked them to extend the lease for another 6 months for the Jeep; as a result the lease was extended until February 2020. I told the sales person at the Buick dealership – Valentina, that if they would take the Jeep off my hands then we can talk about me leasing the Buick Encore. Valentina told me that she would need to talk to her manager. After she came back, she told me that the Jeep would be no problem and they would take the Jeep off my hands. They told me nothing about any conditions regarding me turning the Jeep in to them, and me having to pay for the Jeep anyway. I made a deal to lease the Buick and drove it home, thinking that they would take care of Jeep that I turned in to them, and would not have to worry about the Jeep . A month later, I receive a statement from a bank regarding Jeep Compass lease stating that I owe $4,000. Immediately I reach out to the Buick dealership, and Valentina told me that they took my Jeep as a courtesy to me, and that maximum they would pay would be lease termination fee - $400. I told her that this is not what we agreed upon, but she told me that they would never pay for the Jeep. I tried reaching out to her and have this matter settled but she is just ignoring my efforts. Valentina straight up lied to me. I clearly stated that the only way I would lease a Buick if they would take over my Jeep and they agreed, but as it turns out it was all a lie just to get me to sign for the Buick - highly unethical!!! Definitely not what I expected from a so called reputable business. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE... STAY AWAY FROM THEM. More

He was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted in the car. In addition to working with Greg, the sales manager, Eric Ciocca was just as helpful. He worked with alongside of George during the whole process to make sure that my process went smooth. Greg even called me a few days later just to make sure that everything was going ok with the car. I definitely will be going back to Jim Salerno GMC. Michael T More

Joe Bourdon, as always, was a pleasure to work with and John Vorst the stand-in finance manager explained everything and never pressured me to buy anything extra. Will buy from them in the future.
