He was very helpful and went over quite a few things and explained them to me. This was the second lease that I have had from Sawyer. I signed up that day for a 2018 Malibu and I have been very pleased since then with this fine car. I was very pleased with Tim and everyone else at Sawyer. I also think their service department is excellent. I do recommend them to my family and friends. Tim certainly had a lot of knowledge about the lease process and made everything easy!!! More

I’ve been a repeat customer of Fred’s for nearly 18 years now and he has not changed his style one bit. This past vehicle Fred sold me took him since November to close me on. Not a motivated buyer at all I took my time and drove several different vehicles. Failed to fix my truck while under warranty My truck started fouling the #1 sparkplug with very few miles. They would simply replace it, free of charge, never addressing the cause. At 95000 mil My truck started fouling the #1 sparkplug with very few miles. They would simply replace it, free of charge, never addressing the cause. At 95000 miles the truck was consuming excessive oil. ( warranty almost up) They claimed they couldn't find any damage, to "keep an eye on it " Soon after the warranty was up, I found an GM service announcement to technicians , regarding excessive oil consumption, and fouling sparkplugs. The bottom line, they didn't want to fix it, while it was covered!!! More
