I purchased a used vehicle from them and though they were quite nice while I purchased the vehicle, they dropped the ball with their follow up. I have waited for more than a month to receive the fourth (Rang quite nice while I purchased the vehicle, they dropped the ball with their follow up. I have waited for more than a month to receive the fourth (Range Rover) mat to my car, though I requested it on the day of the purchase. I have followed up at least 3 times speaking to the sales person as well as the Sales Manager regarding this issue. As I explained, no one purchases a vehicle to have any aspect of the purchase lacking. In addition to this concern, they advertised a $500 gas card as a promo (which is still being advertised on the site), though the Sales Manager, Phil, told me my purchase did not qualify. When I asked the criterion for the disqualification, there was no reason given. I asked was there someone I could speak to regarding this discrepancy and Mr. Sherlock assured me there was no one that would honor my request. I have attempted to speak with the general manager as well as the after care consultant—to no avail. The lack of care after my purchase leaves me unhappy and frustrated with the service provided by the dealership. More

I have had my Infiniti vehicles serviced here for almost 15 years. While Infiniti makes outstanding vehicles it is the great service program that keeps me loyal to the brand.
