Love Sawgrass and Tony Shaw. Tony is the best. He is courteous, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Unlike Coconut Creek, which is less than 10 minutes away from my home Tony is the best. He is courteous, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Unlike Coconut Creek, which is less than 10 minutes away from my home, they always say they do not have loaners or rentals unless it seems they know they will have your car more than 2 days. At Sawgrass, I am always offered a loaner or a rental no matter how long they have it. In fact for this particular service call, I mistakenly took my car to Coconut Creek(engine light on and I was afraid to drive to Sawgrass) early that morning and by 3pm no one had even looked at my car. That is not right. I paid for an Uber to go pick it up and take it to Sawgrass who gave me a rental loaner car the next day. It's Sawgrass for me from now on. More

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just bought a 2021 VW with 21000 miles. Literally as I drive of the property I get a notification on dashboard for light sensor issues. I didn't get my tag or registration after it expired. I had to go there 3 times because no one returns calls. Also within 3 weeks we notice moisture under the passenger back seat. Take it there for service and they say even though I bought the vehicle there I have to take it to VW so they can fix it. I have never had this many issues with a dealership or a certified preowned vehicle. DO NOT BUY Here you will be screwed. More
