sunroof pipes clogged and flood my car. Price: 3000! My infinity is getting floated on the floor of the back seat. Apparently this is something that happens when the sunroof gets clogged (which is ridiculous that they know this and nobody has made a recall on this) I didn't drive my car because of the quarantine and then I noticed the water. I went to the dealer and the guy said he has never seen anything like that. Then he called me and said that this is very common with these cars and to fix it I have to pay 3000 dollars because the water got to the computer or if I want to leave my 2014 Q50 they will give me 3000 for my car....!!!!!The repair bill was 800 dollars for the parts and 2300 in labor!!! Imagine this! Thieves!! I had to pay 180 dollars to tell me that and they are not able to clean the pipe that was clogged unless I pay the 3000 they want!!! More

Certify Inspected Missing USB and Speakers? On 02/2020 a 2018 Q50 was sold to me as Certify Inspected by Sales Person Brian Shiner. Also involved in this: Sales Manager Alex Medina Infiniti C On 02/2020 a 2018 Q50 was sold to me as Certify Inspected by Sales Person Brian Shiner. Also involved in this: Sales Manager Alex Medina Infiniti Consumer affairs representative: Andrea Per Andrea above Sawgrass General Manager was informed about this as well. Problem #1: After a few days I realized the car was missing the USD Center Console Outlet. Reached to Brian Shiner countless times without resolution. After several days he sent me the attached pictures offering me the missing part, but you can see clearly the cables were cut. Looks like they took it from another car. Problem #2: Rear speakers weren't working and I took the car to another Infiniti dealer because the car is still under warranty. They fount out rear speakers were missing. Reached Sawgrass Infiniti Sales Manager Alex Medina and after two calls he said he can not do anything. Andrea from Infiniti Consumer affairs, who had this case advised me they do not want to take responsibility for this. I offer them through Andrea to take the car back to them to be repaired, but she advised they still do not want to do it. So make your own conclusions about Sales Person Brian Shiner, Sales Manager Alex Medina, and per Andrea even the General Manager. After this, would you like to deal with this "Authorize Car Dealership"? More
