This was one of the worst car experiences I have ever have in my life. Tony Shaw did now help me at all and came up with all different excuses on not helping customer today. Terrible customer service. He had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay for two brand new tires before doing diagnostic on my car. Then he told me that they don’t really change tires on my kind of car anymore which makes no sense to me since it’s a Infiniti. Please don’t come here for service the worst in the business. Phil Kasten was no help and unreliable as a manger . Be aware of this place they try to take your money . Money hungry More

Once we purchased the car, Walter took all the time needed to explain functions and features in the car, and he helped set up some functions such as ApplePlay. This QX60 is the second car we bought from Walter. And he is the go-to guy for future purchases! Steve Samson is an excellent service advisor. He's been our advisor for many years, and I can't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend working with Steve. More
Sales person was knowledgeable and seemed to understand my needs. The QX50 I test drove was nice but the two displays had far to much information for me.
