This Dealership is very irresponsible and some in the service department even rude. Left cover off air filter, had my car pulled over because of there carelessness. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! !! I took my car in for repairs after a collision and not only did they drag their feet on the car being fixed it took them 6 weeks. They returned my !! They returned my car still not fixed and unsafe making us lose control in the vehicle. Now their refusing to pay for the damages that the car incurred due to their negligence. I will not take anymore business here and will warn everyone that their service department is negligent in their work. Even now returning my car back to me because they refuse to pay for the work that was caused by the damage is negligible. They do not care about customer safety and just want to take money. They tried to charge the insurance for the repairs telling them that it was a repair that needed to be done. But then justify giving my car back now that they insurance denied the claim because they are at fault that it is completely safe. I now have to take my car elsewhere and pay to have it fully inspected and repaired! More

December 23, 2021 I picked up my 2012 Highlander that costed me 8,000 to replace the engine. December 30 I was back to the Dealership due to a oil leak in that same engine. It has been a nightmare ever since. Every 2 weeks having to get a oil change/check. After 8 months of this I have requested to be refunded and refused by the manager Bryan Bufkin. I feel as if was of another race I would have been handled differently. He simply refused to refund me and told me I'd have a wait who knows how long for a compatible engine. I will NEVER PURCHASE nor send one one to Savannah Toyota. More
