Ordered a OEM Mitsubishi transponder key told me it was out of stock and they would refund the money . Been almost 3 weeks no refund called my bank and they said it was this dealer holding my payment in so out of stock and they would refund the money . They sent me a scam void confirmation. keep telling me it's my banks that's holding it when they personally told me it was not it was them ! Garbage company to deal with. More

Absolute worst experience!! Had car towed to dealership to have a key fob programmed. Was told would only take 1 day unless they had to order one and that would only take a few days. 2 and 1/2 weeks later to have a key fob programmed. Still not quite inconvenienced, I decided to go anyway, because I really needed a car. It was really that easy, the payment and the price of the car were a little higher than I expected, but I was very satisfied.
