Owned a Kia stinger for 900 miles and I Brought the car in to Savage Kia for an oil change, service department must of damaged the leather in the steering wheel. When reported they said they wouldn’t have in to Savage Kia for an oil change, service department must of damaged the leather in the steering wheel. When reported they said they wouldn’t have done that. The cut it right in the field of view and it’s rough enough to feel when driving the car. I would know it was there when I dropped it off. Dealer takes no responsibility for what they have done . I wouldn’t recommend anyone uses such a dishonest dealership. More

He took all my information and sat down with the finance end of it and in no time I drove away in exactly the car I wanted More
Poor service I called asking for someone to help me with my forte because it kept freezing inside and causing moisture. This was since before thanksgiving. He “fixed” it and it kept happening. Everyone kept saying wait a few more weeks. I kept calling saying it’s still happening. Kept saying to wait. I emailed the service manager and I got nothing from them. Two months later I traded in the car because it was so bad. I will not be going to Kia again! And I will never recommend them! absolutely terrible! More

Kelly was very friendly and immediately notified me they were a little behind schedule. I was only there for an oil change, and was in no hurry, so I said that would be okay. I then had a friendly chat wi were a little behind schedule. I was only there for an oil change, and was in no hurry, so I said that would be okay. I then had a friendly chat with the Sales Manager who sold me the vehicle, and he said he would get the work done ASAP, which he did. I thanked Kelly and was on my way. More
Kelly is very friendly and helpful. She always makes sure a phone call is made prior to any work being performed. Kelly also gets me a car to use for the day, without any problems or hassles. I have been to Savage Kia on several occasions. The service there is excellent, i was having trouble finding a trustworthy shop. I felt as though everywhere i took it was taking every cent I had, until service there is excellent, i was having trouble finding a trustworthy shop. I felt as though everywhere i took it was taking every cent I had, until now. The customer service there is exceptional, kelly Cooper was a great help, she answered all my questions and kept me up to date with the process of my car. I would also like to thatnk the guys behind the scenes such as the mechanics, my car is not the best on the streets but every time I take it in it works better than the last. I will not be taking my car anywhere other than Savage Kia and i recomend others to do so quite often, the prices were easy on my pockets and the whole experience was easy on my mind.
