Worst experience ever with the service department here. November last year we took my daughters new 2022 jeep compass to savage 61 because her break pedal became so stiff she could not stop correctly. I dr November last year we took my daughters new 2022 jeep compass to savage 61 because her break pedal became so stiff she could not stop correctly. I drove her vehicle to the service center and the technicians fixed the break booster pump issue however, they did not annotate the issue on her paperwork. Last week my daughter was driving and made a left turn into the intersection on the highway and the vehicle shut off for no reason. We had to put the jeep in neutral to push it onto the shoulder. We where able to get the car started after about 10 minutes with the savage 61 tech on the phone and drove the vehicle to Savage 61 service center. My daughter was not given a loaner vehicle at all and was declined every time over the course of 11 days. Today on 10-13-23 The techs informed my daughter there was nothing they could do to fix the issue or reproduce the issue. The vehicle dash is still displaying start stop not ready. The service center people directed my daughter to the sales department, and stated there is nothing they can do. We expected Savage 61 to find the problem and fix the issue. Instead my daughter was directed to sales to purchase a new vehicle. Why on earth would she buy a new vehicle from savage 61 when she just purchased this Jeep Compass in 2022 brand new last year with all of these problems? Savage 61 staff informed her she needed to pick her vehicle up without being fixed. The staff drove her vehicle 60 miles, 39 start stops claiming no issue but it's displaying an issue on the dash! Savage 61 seriously should re-educate their staff on customer service. Directing a new jeep owner to sales because they can't fix the problem says it all. I would'nt trust savage 61 with a go-cart...
