We were finally at a point where we felt we had to decide what to do with the vehicle. Mike has been very patient, kind, and we detected no bias in the information he provided us with to help make our decision. We feel his explanation was very detailed, and he took the time to meet with us even though its plain to see he is a very busy person. Mike is someone who will go to bat for you when you are dissatisfied and works hard on your behalf. It's very hard these days to have a measure of confidence in the service you receive, but we are very happy to say that we have found that in Mike Neal. More

Not in the market, but when I am I purchased my used 2012 Dodge Durango from another local dealership; not because I didn't want to go to Savage 61, but they just didn't have what I w I purchased my used 2012 Dodge Durango from another local dealership; not because I didn't want to go to Savage 61, but they just didn't have what I wanted at the time. However, despite me going to another dealership, since the time of purchase I have gone to Savage and got my Durango serviced. The service department is friendly and thorough and does not pressure you. On several occasions as I have waited for my SUV to be done, I have had the opportunity to talk with Jose Maraday....there is nobody like him...he is easy to talk to, approachable, and from reviews I have gathered that he will get you in the vehicle of your dreams...regardless of what your situation is. Although I am not in the market for a new vehicle right now, when it is time to upgrade or go with a new look...I will be shopping at Savage 61 and requesting to work with Jose Maraday. More

Won't Leave Me Alone! I was a former service customer of Savage 61 and moved away to a different county in PA. At least once a month I would receive mailers for 'trade in I was a former service customer of Savage 61 and moved away to a different county in PA. At least once a month I would receive mailers for 'trade in your car for a lower payment' or '$500 trade-in extra' etc. I called them up MULTIPLE times and requested to be removed from their mailing list since I now live over an hour away. I was told each time, I'm guessing I'm up to 5 now, that I have been removed from their mailing list. What a load of crap! Just got something in the mail a few days ago from them and this is the final straw. I will never go there again and will never recommend Savage 61 to anybody. This is borderline harassment and if this keeps up, I'll see what an attorney says! All Savage 61 had to do was take me off a mailing list...but in the end they lost a potential future customer and hopefully a few more! More
