Found what I wanted test drove it then he answered ALL my questions. Everything went so smooth I still can’t believe it was so easy. Flat tire I had my van towed to Savage 61 late on Sunday night, I notified them early Monday morning that my son had an early morning doctor's appointment that I had my van towed to Savage 61 late on Sunday night, I notified them early Monday morning that my son had an early morning doctor's appointment that he couldn't miss that same day and I couldn't believe it when they called me an hour later to tell me that the vehicle had been repaired and was ready to be picked up, they even volunteered to bring it to me if necessary. I love this dealership and would never consider going anywhere else for service. Great Job and thank you very much your hard work is appreciated. More

Lacking Customer Service I went in for service at Savage 61 because a few people I know recommended me to. However, I went and left with a sour taste in my mouth. I felt very I went in for service at Savage 61 because a few people I know recommended me to. However, I went and left with a sour taste in my mouth. I felt very unwelcomed as soon as I walked in the girl at the desk I think her name was Mattie didn't even look up from her cell phone to help me. I wasn't acknowledged until John came over and greeted me, he was very helpful by the way. Anyways I sat there and waited for them to finish with my oil change, and when my car was finally done the same girl came over, and seemed very annoyed to have to talk to me. I just felt like I was a pest that was taking up her time. If you ask me that is very unprofessional and made Savage 61 look like an unpleasant place to get your work done. Not my best visit, perhaps some work on politeness and customer service would be helpful! More
