Jason Schappell was absolutely the best car salesman I have ever had in 32 years of buying cars. Jason was very polite and a gentleman. He did not steer me around looking at tons of cars. This past Saturday I purchased my first bran Please take a moment and read this review of my outstanding experience with my salesman Marty Pitman!!!! This past Saturday I purchased my first brand-new vehicle. I'm a 41-year-old widowed female of 3 1/2 years. I have a nine-year-old daughter and a boyfriend of almost 9 months. Saturday, December 1 I was short on time due to my daughter's birthday party but we came to the lot and looked around. That is the day we met our salesman Marty. He was well aware of the fact that we did not have time to buy that day but we were interested in looking. He was well groomed ,very professional looking and He listened intently to what my interests were even remembered the radio station I turned on immediately when I got in the Jeep. This man was on the top of his game in every way. I could tell he New the vehicle I had my heart set on. We return this past Saturday and I was sure that I wanted to deal with Marty and no one else. He seemed genuinely interested in my wants my needs and my second choices. I knew that because of eye contact and the way that he spoke with me. Without a doubt he knew what I had my heart set on. There were definitely features that I loved about the Durango but he without a doubt there were definitely features that I loved about the Durango but he new exactly what my hearts desire was. To me as the customer this next part was extremely important. Before getting out of the Durango I shared a very personal story with him. He patiently listen to why this was so important to me. He did not rush me to the office to sign papers he allowed me to say what I needed to say. I wanted him to understand why this was such a big deal to me because I was crying and awful lot, but there was a reason and he understood why. By simply allowing me to talk for a few minutes and explain to him why I was so emotional was important to me. I shared with him a condensed version of the tragic loss of my husband , as quick as I could, and the fact of how very lucky I am to be alive today. Yes it is a miracle that I survived the accident and that I chose to put my daughter and put her in my husband bosses vehicle where she was completely safe. It has been a very tough and trying 3 1/2 years but I have come the xxxx of a long way. Needless to say for me to purchase a brand-new vehicle was quite emotional on many levels. Never once did he rush me make me feel like he needed . to get this sale done or that what I had to tell him didn't really matter. He was sensitive to my needs repeated answers to questions I asked more than one time and continue to look me in the eye and explain things that I was not fully understanding . In general I want you to know I didn't feel like just another number or sale for that day . I I felt like a person who mattered and that my happiness and satisfaction really was the ultimate goal not just the sale that was made that day . The smiles on the other employees who were around when we left were great !!!! They all knew how happy I was . I went up today to empty my previous jeep and learn about some more features that I now have in my 2014 Rubicon . Like the blue tooth in the car how to burn my CDs into the internal memory how to properly shift into four-wheel-drive and so fourth..... I felt important and heard .... To me that is the best feeling. Marty put his heart and his hard work into the success of the sale and I drove away today feeling very fortunate that I dealt with a salesman who reassured me he would be there if needed something and would explain it to me again . Everyone was very friendly , willing to help and they all worked as a team !!!! You've got one extremely happy customer and I will highly recommend Marty to anyone ... I gave this dealership 5 stars because the people that I have dealt with, Tim & Matt, make the car buying experience as easy as possible. They are not like ordinary dealerships that do a lot of double talk have dealt with, Tim & Matt, make the car buying experience as easy as possible. They will do everything in their power to make the transaction as user friendly as possible. I live an hour away and continue to deal with them.
