The staff was very welcoming and I was immediately greeted by sales manager Shon Elk who introduced me to Justin Good. Justin was beyond fantastic! He made me feel comfortable and answered my every question. His knowledge about my jeep was endless. Justin even made me feel comfortable enough to do my own first test drive.(I usually make my husband do it.) After that, I was sold! I returned with my trade in ready to sign papers. Justin took care of everything with my insurance and even did a name change since I got married. Chris Fox talked me through my final paperwork and was also more than patient with my questions. He was polite, and friendly. We waisted not time getting to business and him asking what we were looking for. He was able to find us exactly what she was looking for. From the moment you drive onto the lot and then walk into the showroom, you are greeted by employees and you feel welcome. It is never intimidating (which I have experienced at other dealerships) and you never feel pushed into anything. Jose makes you feel like family. With just a few questions about your interests, he gets a good idea what to show you or in what direction you need to go in. His knowledge of vehicles is evident and his experience also shows.
