I had purchased a new truck on September 1st. My salesman was supposed to deliver it to me later that day, but he had sent me a text instead and said that he got busy with other customers. That was 3 months ago and I am still waiting on my owners manual so that we can read about how to set the cruise, radio functions, remote starting etc in order to drive this new truck. My free Sirusxm 90 day period has now expired, and we have yet to even use it as we have no idea how to. I have continued to ask for all of my paperwork from this new truck purchase.
