Every time I took my car in they messed up/damaged something else and were argumentative about it. Replacing seat cushion they damaged B pillar and then argued about it. When they agreed to replace the B pillar didn't order the part for three weeks. The drivers seat also had rocking motion to it when I got it back that they did not address for over a month. They refused to fix rear defrost even when I showed them a picture of it not functioning. They said it was getting current so it must be working - despite a picture showing only half of it worked. They never provided me with a courtesy vehicle and since it is a GM Certified Used vehicle I am suppose to get one. The service Manager even took the liberty of telling me I "look mean". After terrible Customer Service that I was told "happens all the time" he had the audacity to say "xxxx you look mean". More
This is the worst experience I have had with getting my car serviced. The reason I had to take it to a Saturn dealer instead of my normal mechanic was the problem was with a computer that Saturn had to pro car serviced. The reason I had to take it to a Saturn dealer instead of my normal mechanic was the problem was with a computer that Saturn had to program and it couldn't be done anywhere else. The first day I was told the work would only take 1 hour and then after 4 hours it still wasn't done. I had to take my car back because the initial work that was done didn't resolve the problem (this was not Saturn's fault, they did all the work I asked.). I brought my car back in to have one more thing fixed at 7:30am. I left a message for Ralph the service manager asking him what was going on at about 2:30pm because I had not heard from him. By 4:00 I still had not gotten a call so I called back and had him paged. He didn't answer the page. Then the receptionist took my name and number and had him call me back. He stated that the work I needed done wasn't covered under my warranty and that was when I realized that no work had been done. He stated that he needed the car for another whole day to complete the work. I let him know that I would be there to pick up my car shortly. More
