I am very pleased. I'm from 550 miles away and I found a truck online and called James at the dealership. When he realized how far away I was, he immediately took the truck for a test drive to make sure it truck online and called James at the dealership. When he realized how far away I was, he immediately took the truck for a test drive to make sure it was in good shape. He proceeded to take all the pictures I wanted and even Facetimed me to give me a virtual tour. He had the service department put some new brakes on it and we agreed on a price. I then caught a plane up to CAK and stayed in a nearby hotel where James picked me up the next morning. We went for a test drive and I was very happy with it, so I gave him the money, signed some stuff, and he gave me the keys. I drove home 550 miles and loved it! Big thanks to James and Sarchione Ford for being honest and selling me a very clean truck. More
