No pressure, just outstanding customer service When we came in on Saturday it was after checking your web site and deciding on which vehicle(s) we were interested in. We entered the showroom and me When we came in on Saturday it was after checking your web site and deciding on which vehicle(s) we were interested in. We entered the showroom and met Angelo Massimo. We explained what model we were looking at. He explained the positive aspects of the vehicle and had us test drive one. It was appreciated that he did not attempt to have us upgrade to a higher configuration of the same model. We decided on the color we wanted and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle this morning at 9:00 AM. We arrived at 8:50, and the receptionist informed us Angelo was bringing the vehicle up to the front. He had our trade in appraised while we did the test drive, helped arrange a first responder rebate, got us through finance and on our way home with a new vehicle by 11:15. From the reception thru dealer prep and delivery today there was nothing but great customer service. More
