Excellent Service Within 10 minutes of walking into the dealership, Geno worked up my order for my F350 and offered a better price than 3 other dealers in my area. I ordered the truck and he told me.6 weeks for delivery. It was 6 weeks. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, no nonsense like people fear when going to a dealership. A great experience that I highly recommend to others interested in a Ford. Keep in mind I drove approx. 100 miles and passed more than a dozen Ford dealers to get to Geno at Sarchione. That should give you an idea of how I appreciate the experience and service I received at Sarchione Ford. I'm happy to write such a review. Thank you. Hope this helps others looking for a Ford. More

Excellent experience I worked with Tom on the purchase of 2012 Mustang GT500. Right from the initial phone call to get information on the vehicle, Tom was very helpful. I had a list of questions and he went out to the vehicle to get each of them answered in a timely manner. I live in NY and wanted to make sure this vehicle was the right one. He allowed me to place deposit to hold the vehicle and I had some family issues which won't allow me to come out for a couple weeks and they were ok with it. When I arrived a was greeted by Tom before I got out of my car. They had the GT500 all prepped and ready for inspection and test drive. The whole transaction took about an hour and I was back on my way to NY with the Shelby. I was impressed with their facility and the amount of unique cars that had available. No pressure at all. I do want to mention that it is a VERY busy place and i did not get 1 on 1 interaction most of the time. I had to wait for my salesman to take phone calls and help multiple customers at once. Its business and money needs to be made, i get it. I will certainly come back. More
