I made the drive from Columbus prepared to do battle with the infamous car salesman. To my surprise, there was none. Salesman Angelo Massimo was yielding nothing more than a warm smile. His arsenal included no hidden fees. Finance manager Chris Umbaugh sealed the deal by getting me a lower rate than what I had already secured.
