In 40+ years of car ownership I have never had a car fail me. Ford handled the tow to Sarchione and they did a fabulous job. Lisa in service called and offered us the loan of a 2018 F-150 that still smelled NEW. Lisa also called and updated us when the repairs were taking longer than originally quoted. We are a little concerned about the future reliability of the Flex since we bought this vehicle so that it would be paid off before we reach retirement age in 2020. Since we have a history of owning our cars for 10-15 years with < 100,000 miles on them. We were hoping to have the Flex even longer since our mileage should decrease even more after retirement. I was coming to look at the Edge from about 2 hours away and was somewhat nervous about the condition (the description an Aaron was extremely helpful. I was coming to look at the Edge from about 2 hours away and was somewhat nervous about the condition (the description and pictures said/showed perfect condition). Aaron went over the vehicle himself the night before and assured me it would be up to my standards. He had the vehicle washed and ready to test drive when I showed up early the next morning.
