He provided stock numbers for trucks so I could review at my leisure. There was no pressure and allowed me to calmly consider my new Truck options. On the day of purchase everyone was awesome, again no pressure, you are just allowed to make your own decision. Questions were answered accurately and professionally! We had a very strategic discussion about financing, and Chris Umbaugh was great. He took his time going over the 1701 of signings of paperwork and made you feel confident about what was being done.
