He took the time to give me all the information and assistance I needed to make my decision to purchase my truck. He was extremely knowledgeable and his demeanor put me at ease. The dealership was very generous and fair when I negotiated the purchase price and my trade-in value. I feel I got a very good/fair deal. My salesman went above and beyond even after the sale was completed. I had a brake system on my trade that needed to be removed. He made arrangements with the Service Department to remove the system free of charge. I know it took several hours to remove it. Not all dealerships would go that extra mile for their customers. I love my new truck. This was one of the most pleasant and stressful free vehicle purchase experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend the dealership. All the staff I dealt with were great. I suggest you try them for your next purchase. My recommendation is to ask for Tom as your salesman, you won't be dissatisfied. More
