Excellent Service Experience Shortly after I purchased my new F-150 I received a recall notice from Ford. I contacted Sarchione over the internet and was put in contact with Lisa Shortly after I purchased my new F-150 I received a recall notice from Ford. I contacted Sarchione over the internet and was put in contact with Lisa Gaither. Lisa was respectful of my time. She scheduled me for my service right away. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment. I opted to have my first oil change done at the same time. To my surprise I had a free one available on my Owner's Advantage card. My truck was ready by 10 am the next morning and was washed and ready for me when I arrived. This was a good experience. I will be back. More
