Outstanding buying experience I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. I drove five hours, one way, from Pennsylvania, and I’m glad I did. I could not find a deal I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. I drove five hours, one way, from Pennsylvania, and I’m glad I did. I could not find a deal in my area that I recieved from this dealership, Tony was salesman that worked with me, I was trading a vehicle, and the distance and only phone negotiation didn’t matter to him, he put much time and effort into it. He worked on it for two days, and met the numbers I was looking for. Tony then worked on it even more, called me the third day with even a better deal. I made the trip, brought a little more of a down payment that I worked with Tony and that’s when Chris in finance took over. He called the bank in front of me and got me a lower interest rate. I had no idea he was going to do that and I didn’t ask, he just did it on his own, dealers in my area wouldn’t do that, they would have taken the extra deposit, applied it and let the deal go through the way it was written. Tony and Chris were outstanding, professional, friendly, personable, efficient. Top notch. I would also like to give a lot of credit and recognition to Missy, receptionist, that took a few of my phone calls, she didn’t miss a message, leave me hanging, and made sure my messages got through, even when I rescheduled to get there two days earlier, on short notice, she got the message to the right people, as my wrangler and paperwork were waiting for me. She as well was very friendly and personable. At sixty six years of age, buying many cars, trucks, motorcycles over the years, this was my most pleasant buying experience.
