My experience began with a phone call to Sarchione Ford in Randolph in question of a new 2019 Escape... The sales representative who I spoke with was Mark Farina... His knowledge and experience made me want to drive from my home in Louisville to Randolph just to meet him and discuss the Escape in person... He not only showed me several cars, explaining each in detail but put me in the correct car for my wife and I both.... Mark then got me a Great price for my trade.. Went on in the deal making to get me all rebates I was entitled to from Ford.. The entire staff I met from receptionist, finance officer, and sales manager just were awesome in their efforts in helping me.. The dealership is just beautiful and new with features geared to be customer friendly to include a state of art service department.... Best car buying experience of my life..!!!..
