It also helped that there was no back and forth with a manager - he was able to negotiate with us directly. The whole team, from the front desk people to the sales people to the finance people, were all very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also all welcoming and laid back - it was a very low-pressure atmosphere which is nice at a car dealership. Back in April of 2019, he made sure to get me in as soon as possible at a time that fitted into my schedule to take care of a Ford Recall Issue. Then recently I had an issue with my horn not working and again Aaron made it possible to get me in ASAP. I highly encourage Ford owners who are even slightly skeptical of how you are being treated and being taken care of by your current Ford Service Center make the switch to Sarchione Ford Service Center and ask for Aaron Tice.
