Very Happy with car buying experience Was looking for a used vehicle. Saw a few that I was interested in on the lot. Angelo Massimo, asked all the right questions, letting me tell him what my criteria was for buying. He pointed out what was there, letting me decide what to test drive. Never tried to point me away from my price range or miles needed. He offered his advise when asked, never interjected any unneeded info on other stock or pricing. He knew that this was the price point I needed to be at & respected that. Was pleasant, informed, not pushy in any way. He & a few others stayed past closing time to work with me. They could have asked me to come back the next day to do paperwork, clean it up etc, but they did not...I took it home that night. Was the BEST experience we have ever had in buying a car...including doing the paperwork!! Thank you for restoring my respect to the car selling industry. More

Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle Mark is by far the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. I spoke with mark via email for 2 days about what I was interested in and he had everythin Mark is by far the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. I spoke with mark via email for 2 days about what I was interested in and he had everything ready for me. When we arrived at the dealership Mark was walking my wife and I around the truck I was interested in within a couple minutes. After my wife and I took it for a test drive, it was time to talk numbers and Mark made that portion of the purchase was smooth also. When we started talking numbers, Mark didn’t get up to talk to a manager once. The entire exchange happened at his desk from start to finish except for when I asked for a couple minutes to talk things over with my wife. Mark was good to us from start to finish. I will recommend Mark Farina at Sarchione Ford to anyone I hear talking about wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

There was no "going to talk to his boss" or having someone come over pretending to want to "give you a great deal because the salesman needs to make his numbers for the month". I didn't have to wait for the salesman to go over to an elevated desk in the center of the store so they can figure the deal and go back and fourth 5 times. I had Joe Springer as my salesman. Joe asked me what I was looking for and actually listened. Joe showed me three trucks that fit into what I was looking for. He lined them up side by side and I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted. He even took me over to the Chevy Dealership right next door and we compared it to a Chevy I was contemplating. Like the old days, Joeand I sat at his computer and worked the deal. No one else was involved. Again, like it used to be when it was fun to buy a new car. I had done my shopping and I knew prices going into this. I saved $41.00 a month on my lease from the next best quote. Needless to say, I bought the truck that day. If you want to enjoy your car buying experience again, I highly recommend Sarchione. After everything was done, I met John Sarchione. He was just as great as Joe Springer was. I could not have been more impressed. More
