Phenomenal Customer Service I called in and Paul Misch took my call. I told him I wanted to explore trading in my Fusion for something newer. He's knowledgeable and professional. On his own, he ran my vin number and discovered there was a manufacturer recall and asked me if I'd like him to have service set an appointment for me. That has never happened to me before- a salesman who knows I'm not buying at the moment went above and beyond to help me.
