Awesome Dealership Paul Misch did an awesome job working with me. I was coming in from Cleveland area to look at a certain truck. My current truck only had about 20,000 miles on it but we are upgrading our camper to a huge fifth wheel trailer and I needed a bigger badder truck... Upon my arrival, Paul had some paperwork and information waiting for me on his desk. The 2019 F350 dually was parked nearby and ready for a test drive. Paul was very knowledgeable about all the features on this truck and made my purchase from him a no brainer. Paul found me a lower interest rate than the one I was already approved for. I also wanted some accessories ordered & installed on this truck. Paul excused himself to check on them, got me a great price, checked to see if they were in stock and informed me as I go see David Liebro to sign papers, he arranged to have my bedliner & 5th wheel installed. WOW! The install took a little longer than signing the papers but it saved me from having to drive back 1 hour each way to have them installed. David Liebro "The Finance Guy" was awesome too. He was very efficient and caught a mistake from the bank, fixed it and made the paperwork part quick & easy. I have bought a lot of new vehicles, Between my wife & I, we bought 9 new vehicles just in the last 12 years alone. This has been by far the best experience that I ever had in a car dealership. Ohh I almost forgot, they gave me top dollar for my Truck that I traded in. I will be sending my family & friends to little ole Randolph. Ohio to buy their vehicles. More
