Usually you buy a car and that's the last you hear from the dealership. I told him great but mentioned I had some issues setting some of the features and he offered to assist. I stopped in and Dave was busy with a customer, Ray Sanchez and Paul Baughman inquired if I needed help and I explained the reason for stopping in. They promptly directed me to service where Alan and Kasey tried to trouble shoot the problem. Turns out the former owner set a code so they directed me to the manufacturer for help. I have to say I've been impressed with the Haasz crew and greatly appreciate their customer service!! I would recommend family, friends and colleagues to stop in at Haasz. More

Awesome Experience 11/3/2019 My husband and I were looking to get a Ford Explorer, and we just happened to stumble upon one today at Haasz Automall of Dalton. We started with a very prompt call from Julia which was appreciated as it is Sunday and we were not expecting to hear from anyone. We live almost an hour away, but decided to take the drive to check out an explorer that Haasz had. We worked with Joseph Delamater, and were pleasantly surpised how easy to work with he was. Definitly not you typically car salesman. He was super honest and upfront with us, and worked with us to the point of a deal working out for all of us (We traded in my Chevy Cruze). My husband and I really enjoyed working with him as he wasnt pushy or trying to convince us to do a sale we were uncomfortable with. His sales manager, Homer Greenlee was also a pleasure to work with though all of this process. I would highly recommend working with Joesph, when we need another car we will definitly be calling him.
