Everyone at Haasz was very nice and helpful. We were there to return my daughter's leased Jeep vehicle. I wasn't planning at the time to turn in my leased Jeep but Paul Baughman showed me how I could up there to return my daughter's leased Jeep vehicle. Worst customer service. Seen a vehicle I liked online a 2017 Ford Escape, was able to get approved, but it was in Ravenna. I stopped in on a Friday to have them review my trade in. The salesman said he wou 2017 Ford Escape, was able to get approved, but it was in Ravenna. I stopped in on a Friday to have them review my trade in. The salesman said he would have the vehicle moved from Ravenna to Dalton on possibly Saturday or Monday. I called Saturday morning and he stated it was just too busy of a day for them to transport it on Saturday and it would be brought to the dealership on Monday. I decided just to drive to Ravenna to look at it myself. What would be the point to bring it down if I didn't like it. The Ravenna dealership was wonderful, super friendly staff. They offered for me to buy the vehicle there or I could drive it to Dalton, which ever I was more comfortable with as I was the customer. I felt obligated to go to Dalton to work with the salesman there as he was the one I was working with and thought he deserved the sale. When arriving at the dealership with the car, this was the first time I brought my significant other with me and he thought the interest rate they were offering me was too high, so he decided to pay cash for the vehicle. After negotiating for a little while, they were not willing to come down $800 and some change to what we wanted our bottom dollar out the door to be as a cash buyer. I even asked if he had anything on the lot that would fit our criteria and price. The salesman said no. So we decided since it was the first car we looked at we would look elsewhere. The salesman then proceeded to tell me I had the drive the car back to Ravenna that day since I wasn’t buying it. He stated that he didn't ask me to bring it down to them, but they were transporting it on Monday anyhow. We told him no we weren't driving it back to Ravenna and he called us xxxxxxxx in front of everyone as we walked out the door. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I did end up buying a car at another dealership that day and the salesperson at Ron Marhoffer was wonderful, no pressure, no haggling and she gladly took our cash offer. If I could I would give no stars. More
